Laina Rea
CFO & Executive Vice-President

Laina Rea began her management career in the healthcare industry where she managed a successful Otalaryngology practice for over 10 years.  She was then recruited to manage the billing for a prominent home healthcare corporation in California.  It was while working there, that Laina saw patients recover successfully through physical and occupational therapy.  An athlete herself, Laina wanted continue helping the public increase their health and wellness.

She joined ALR Industries in 2004 to do just that.  As CFO and Executive Vice-President of ALR Industries, Laina is responsible for the operations of the global corporation.  She oversees the Finance, Marketing, Distribution, Events and Culinary divisions of ALR Industries.  Laina’s innovative approaches to leadership continually exhibit the ALR Industries philosophy of “Adapt, Migrate or Die.”  With her management skills, she leads a strong team of management staff to consistently produce results year over year.  Under her disciplined leadership, ALR Industries continues to expand in the global marketplace.

Laina partners her desire to help others and ALR Industries’ continued success with her significant philanthropic efforts.  Her altruistic nature drives ALR Industries’ financial support that provides children with the experience of fitness through team sports.  Personally, Laina is actively involved in helping Special Needs children, such as those with autism and ADHD to live fun-filled, athletic and purposeful lives.  Laina is very passionate about the wellness of her own child, and therefore consistently strives to find ways to educate other parents about the benefit of a healthy lifestyle and nutritional products.  She has worked closely with the ALR Industries Culinary division to create a series of fun, healthy recipes that parents can make with their children. 

In addition to her role as CFO and Executive Vice-President, Laina also serves on the Board of Directors for ALR Industries.
